The aim is to break the fear and shame barriers when it comes to women working in the automotive field. Moreover, normalizing the woman's role in a male dominated industry.

It is important to point that we are not a recruiting agency, but rather a community that work on giving our members the right tools to start their dream careers.​
We offer 1 on 1 training and CV review/writing , as well as career counseling.

On the 15th of March 2023 WOMOTIVE Initiative had its official publicity launch, highlighting the initiatives success stories and future plans while shedding the light on the importance of equal working opportunities. Our Event had the pleasure to announce for the first time the initiative honorary members Mrs Mary Nazzal, Miss Bayan Dudin, Captain Carol AL-Rabadi.
